PRO16
Auto-Mute-Mic technology automatically mutes the headset mic gain when set to the UP position. Boom rotates to wear on left or right. No EPak needed.
Cyber
A slender back band that is malleable and easily adjusted provides a luxurious unisex fit. Weighing only 1/2 of an ounce these specialty headsets can be worn comfortably for an entire work shift. Requires EPak.
Monarch
Comfortable, rugged and affordable, the Monarch feature a slender back band manufactured with BPT, the same plastic material used to make automobile bumpers! Requires EPak.
Fusion
Designed for crews wearing industrial helmets. Dual speaker assembly can be installed within foam padding or secured to the interior of the helmet shell with Velcro. Flexible gooseneck boom with noise cancelling microphone. Requires EPak.
ProLine
Microphone can be worn on left or right, large ear cups with wide soft padding, and poly-carbonate plastics that are virtually indestructible! Requires EPak.
Lazer-Pro
The Lazer-Pro links wirelessly to the E-Pak via Bluetooth technology. Bone conduction, sits on temples, volume control on microphone. Requires EPak.

Eartec Global Connect FAQ
The Eartec Global Connect is a full-duplex wireless communication system designed to bridge local on-site teams with remote users globally over IP. By connecting the system to a computer or smartphone via a web chat app, a local mobile crew can communicate via voice chat seamlessly with anyone in the world.
A single local on-site crew can connect up to 15 mobile wireless headset users to the system simultaneously. This entire team can then link into an IP web chat to communicate with outside lines or computer users anywhere.
Local team members wearing the roaming headsets can communicate within a range of 300 yards up to a 1/2 mile. This range is line-of-sight and terrain dependent.
The system connects using the specialized Global Connect Kit, which includes:
A custom cable assembly for smartphones (CTIA / AHJ compatible).
A USB cable with an integrated soundcard for laptops and desktops.
Note: Apple iPhone users will require an official Apple Lightning/USB-C to 3.5mm dongle (not included).
It depends on the headset model you choose for your system:
No Beltpack Needed: The PRO16 headsets feature completely self-contained wireless engineering and do not require an EPak.
EPak Beltpack Required: The Cyber, Monarch, Fusion, ProLine, and the wireless bone-conduction Lazer-Pro headsets all require an EPak mini beltpack to function.
Yes, when using the PRO16 roaming headsets, the integrated Auto-Mute-Mic technology automatically mutes the microphone gain the moment the boom arm is clicked into the UP position.
Yes. When you select the mandatory CMod Mini Base, it comes complete with a rechargeable Lithium-Polymer battery and a multi-port charger. All complete headset systems ship ready to operate with necessary batteries and charging units.
