- EVADE XTreme-HD are self-contained full-duplex wireless headsets used across a multitude of industrial applications where protective hardhat or bump caps are required.
- To operate the XTreme-HD simply adjust the headband strap for the correct amount of holding tension, your safety cap fits right over as normal.
- Once you install the battery just turn the headset “ON”, and you are ready to communicate with the rest of your crew in full duplex mode, that is simultaneously and hands free within a 1/2 mile range! (line of sight, terrain dependent).
Up to 16 Users
- Standard XTreme-HD intercoms provide instantaneous wireless communications for crews that need to communicate without pushing buttons. At the heart of these systems is a specialty base or “MAIN” headset that relays the digital signals generated by up to 15 “Remote” units. The resulting open line talking pattern allows up to 16 people to talk simultaneously so they can continue working with their hands.
Full Duplex Technology
- EVADE XTreme-HD features a compact full duplex radio built inside the earcups eliminating belt packs. They also include a septagonal earcup shaped design that is so unique it has received formal patent protection by the US Trademark Office. In addition, XTreme-HD ear pads are ergonomically formed, that means wider and slightly thicker in the lower rear providing the most comfortable fit of any headset on the market.
Batteries – Charger – Case – All Included!
- A terrific feature of XTreme systems is that the Lithium Polymer batteries (included) charge externally and are field replaceable. This allows you to purchase and keep spare batteries on hand extending the run time of your system indefinitely. A multi-port charger is included with each new complete setup that features positive LED indicators. When the batteries reach full charge the corresponding LED turns from red to green indicating that the battery is ready to go.
