Important: If you have purchased a dealer’s extended warranty, please contact the warranty company first (phone number may be located on your receipt). Sending items directly to Eartec may void your extended warranty.
Eartec products may be returned for credit or refund only if received in the original packing material and in “as new” condition within 30 days of purchase.
