REPLACEMENT SYSTEM COMPONENTS
UltraLITE-HD™, UltraPAK™ and HUB™ transceivers are all controlled by EARTEC’s programmable Integrated Circuits. These custom digital “Chips” make it simple to expand or modify the talking pattern of an existing intercom or to replace a missing part without returning any equipment to our factory.
EARTEC maintains an extensive stock of replacement transceivers, headsets, and electronic components ready for immediate shipment. EARTEC can arrange delivery by Fedex Express in case of emergency.
Since the wireless transceivers that make up each system have unique functionality, (ie. Remote or Main headset) we ask that you call to order those so that our customer service technicians can earmark the exact item.

The HUB™ Mini Base $495
The HUB™ is a wearable mini base. This compact transceiver weighs only 9 oz. and can either be placed strategically “on location” or belt worn with plug-in headset. Neoprene shell, battery, AC adapter included.
- Use The HUB™ to expand Eartec’s UltraLITE-HD system beyond the standard 5 users.
- The HUB mini base will replace the MAIN headset in your UltraLITE-HD setup.
- Your current MAIN headset is NOT compatible with The HUB.

Helmet Compatible Speaker / Microphone Assembly
The Fusion is a specialty UltraPAK radio accessory that facilitates full duplex, simultaneous talk, hands-free communication for personnel wearing commercial / industrial helmets.
Combining two thin speakers and a noise cancelling microphone the Fusion can either be fitted within foam padding or secured to the interior of the helmet shell with velcro.
Once installed the Fusion connects to Eartec’s UltraPAK full duplex transceiver via a simple robust cable with molded connector.
This UltraPAK / Fusion combination accommodates crew members that are required to wear helmets that may naturally prohibit the use of traditional headband style UltraLITE headsets.

The Cyber – Plug-In Headset $49
Discreet featherweight, slender backband, fits UltraPAK™ & HUB™ Mini Base.
The Cyber is Eartec’s lightweight headset accessory. Weighing only 1/2 of an ounce these specialty headsets can be worn comfortably for an entire work shift. The Cyber features a slender backhand that is malleable and is easily adjusted to provide a luxurious unisex fit. They are widely used in the cChurch production, restaurant, and healthcare industries, or wherever discreet voice communication is required.

The Monarch – Plug-In Headset $85
Lightweight backband, Comfortable unisex fit, fits UltraPAK & HUB Mini Base.
Monarch dual ear headsets are comfortable, rugged and affordable. They feature a slender backhand manufactured with BPT, the same plastic material used to make automobile bumpers so are right at home in rough and tumble industrial environments. The comfortable foam padded speakers sit on, not over, the ear which allows users to monitor the surrounding environment.

The Max4G Single is our mid weight model that features deluxe ear padding, a noise cancelling microphone, and an Auto Mute Boom that pauses mic gain when the arm is set straight up. This is a tremendous Pro Audio headset and is widely used in the film, television and general production industries.

The ProLine – Plug-In Headset $145-$165
The ProLine headset is widely used by football coaches that need to communicate over extreme stadium noise. This makes the ProLine uniquely suited for any industrial deployment where high ambient noise is a factor.
Specialty features of the ProLine include a microphone that can be worn on left or right, large ear cups with wide soft padding, and poly-carbonate plastics that are virtually indestructible. Available in both dual and single ear models.

Fits The HUB™ mini base & UltraLITE-HD™ Headsets. All new HUB™ Systems come complete with Lithium Polymer rechargeable batteries. The batteries are also available separately as replacements. Since they are field replaceable the batteries can be charged easily allowing UltraLITE-HD™ systems to be utilized over extended periods.
Replacement Multi-Charger
Each new UltraLITE-HD™ series intercom includes a multi-charger with AC adapter that charges all system batteries. The chargers are available in either 2 or 10 bay formats. Batteries Are Charged In Individual Bays, LED Indicates Battery Readiness, Charge Time Appx. 3 Hours.
D-Tap Accessory Cable/interface $78.00
The D-Tap interfaces with compatible high capacity accessory batteries while “on- location”. This specialty interconnect cable supplies power to the battery charging sled in remote areas without AC service. Fits 9-Port Charging Sled.

The HUB Interface
Links your HUB Mini Base to an existing Partyline.
The interface Module plugs into the HUB and then directly into the rack mounted power console or a wall mounted headset jack. Establish a seamless audio link with your crew providing tremendous mobility, simultaneous talk, and hands-free communication with the wired party line just as if connected by a floor cable. Including Blackmagic, Clearcom, RTS, Telex, and more.
